Frequently Asked Questions
How Long Do Your Services Take?
It can take between 3 - 5 hours to complete the work on your vehicle depending on which package you choose, the size of your vehicle and the condition it's in when we arrive.
How Do You Get Water?
We do an amazing waterless wash and wax product for the exterior and use premium products for the interior cleaning. Any water we may need we will bring it ourselves, so no need to worry about getting us water supply or worry about complaints about your driveway flooded with water.
Do You Take The Kids Car Seats Out?
Yes we will take children's car seats out to give your car a thorough clean, however for safety reason we are not responsible for reinstalling the car seat in your vehicle afterwards. If you would like us to leave the car seats in place please let us know when booking.
Do You Have A Location?
We perform our services at your location! For your convenience - you don't have to drive anywhere and wait for your time to start, you don't have to waste your day waiting for the work to be completed or be without a car. We come to your work, home or business location and perform both inside and outside detailing. You can stay home in your pajamas, watch a movie with the kids, work on dinner prep or get some work done while your car gets the royal treatment in your driveway, parking spot or on your street.
What Will I Need To Supply?
While we don't need access to water and we supply our own products, cloths & supplies. We will need access to a power outlet within 50 ft of the vehicle. If the outlet is more than 50ft from your car please let us know when booking.
What About Crazy Stains?
We have kids, we get it. If there is excessive pet hair, excessive dirt, major sticky spills or messes that go beyond our normal cleaning we will notify you & bill you an extra $50 per occurrence. Example: If you have a bottle of soda explode in your trunk & excessive dog hair in the back seat you will be billed for each, totalling $100. We want to make sure your car sparkles & feels healthy & comfortable for you & your whole family.
